If for some reason you are not happy with your CarveOn case we will gladly refund your money within 30 days of your purchase. The case must be returned to us in ship shape condition. Once you have returned the case to CarveOn we will inspect it for any wear and tear and confirm by email that we are happy with the condition.

If you have ordered a custom or stock design and have signed off on all art work, we unfortunately cannot accept returns at this time. Please ensure you are 100% happy with your artwork before we start production! Once the ball is rolling it is difficult to stop!

Due to the fact that all CarveOn products are manufactured from Bamboo which is a natural material, we cannot guarantee that the colour or grain pattern of your case will exactly match the images on our website and so colour difference is not a valid reason for returning the case.

As mentioned in our FAQ section, our cases are not fall proof so if you are inclined to drop your phone then maybe our cases are not for you. If you do drop your case and break it, contact us and we will supply a new case  at a 50% discount

Exchanges:

In the unlikely event that your CarveOn case is defective, we will gladly exchange it for a brand spanking new one to the same specifications of your original order.
