How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your credit card information will not be stored on our servers.

All Data is processed in accordance with EU law and under no circumstances will your data be sold to third parties.

Do we use cookies?

Yes, we use cookies. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognise your browser and capture and remember certain information.

Google API data: CarveOn internal reporting app

CarveOn Ltd operates an internal reporting app, registered with Google as CarveOn, that connects to Google APIs. This section explains how that app accesses, uses, stores, shares and protects Google user data.

Who uses the app

The app is not a public product. It is used only by CarveOn staff to review the performance of CarveOn's own marketing accounts. It does not collect data from customers, website visitors or other businesses.

What Google data the app accesses

When an authorised CarveOn staff member signs in with their Google account and grants permission, the app requests access to the following CarveOn business accounts:

• Google Ads: campaign, keyword, search term, budget and conversion performance data.
• Google Analytics: website traffic and conversion reports (read-only).
• Google Search Console: search query and page performance data for carveon.com (read-only).
• Google Merchant Center: product feed status and shopping performance reports.
• Basic profile: the signed-in staff member's email address, to confirm which account is connected.

The app does not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or calendars, and it does not access any personal data of customers beyond the aggregated reporting data listed above.

How the data is used

Google data is used solely to produce internal performance reports for CarveOn, such as measuring advertising return, finding wasted spend and checking product feed coverage. The app reads and reports on data. It is not used to create, change or delete campaigns, products or settings.

Reports may be prepared with the help of AI assistant software running on CarveOn's own computers on CarveOn's behalf. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalised or non-personalised AI or machine learning models.

Sharing

We do not sell Google user data. We do not share, transfer or disclose it to third parties, except to service providers that process it on our behalf to provide the reporting described above, where required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with the user's prior consent. We do not use it for advertising, and no one reads it other than CarveOn staff reviewing their own business reports.

Storage, security and retention

Access credentials are stored only on CarveOn's own password-protected, encrypted computers and are never published or shared. Data is transferred from Google over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Report data is kept only as long as it is needed for CarveOn's internal analysis, and for no longer than 24 months, after which it is deleted.

Revoking access and deletion

Any user can revoke the app's access at any time from their Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of any data obtained through the app, email hi@carveon.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Google API Services User Data Policy

CarveOn's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
